Breath Work helps quiet the mind, release stuck emotions, and open the heart. In my practice, I use the pranayama yoga two-stage breath to allow the breather to more easily access the energy moving within and beyond the body. As the awareness of energy increases, stuck emotions rise to the surface to be released. The experience can be physical, emotional, and sometimes even spiritual.

 

In sessions, I sit as a loving witness to guide and encourage you to allow the breath to move through you.

 

One-on-one sessions last 60-minutes, and cost $100. Rates are the same for virtual and in person sessions.
